Returns
Due to sanitary reasons, ALL sales are FINAL and can not be canceled once completed. We do not accept returns or exchanges as a safety precaution.
If a product arrives damaged (manufacturing damages), we will take responsibility and replace it with a new item or provide a full refund once evidence of the damaged product is provided. We are not responsible for shipping charges. 
 

We do not replace used items. 
 

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our headquarters, you are responsible for the return shipping fee if you still would like to receive the products. If you do not wish to cover the return shipping fee, the product will be returned to shelves for another customer to purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
 

USPS First Class Shipping requires 2-5 days to arrive at its destination. 
Processing time requires 1-3 business days. Thank you for your patience. 
 

If your billing and shipping address do not match, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and refund your payment to the card provided if the transaction seems fraudulent. Please wait 5-7 business days for your refund to appear after the refund is initiated.
 

We are not responsible if the address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered to the provided location unless we have evidence of a tracking error on our end.
